Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

Growth Navigation Pros, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://growthnavigationpros.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our related communications, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact and inquiry forms: when you submit a form on this site, book an appointment, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of your message. Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system so we can follow up.

Communications: if you email, call, or text us, we keep the content of the communication and your contact details as part of the conversation history.

Automatic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider and site statistics tools collect standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, for security, diagnostics, and understanding aggregate site use.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this site is a business-to-business service not directed at children.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a requested consultation or demo, provide and manage our services, and communicate with you about them. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run our business — including our website hosting provider, and our customer relationship, email, and text messaging platforms. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Cookies

This site uses standard cookies needed for operation, security, and remembering preferences, and may use statistics cookies to understand site use in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you provide your phone number and opt in — for example by submitting a form on this site and agreeing to be contacted, booking an appointment, or texting us — you agree that we may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

We retain inquiry, contact, and communication records for as long as needed to handle your request, provide services, and maintain business records, and delete them when no longer needed. Server logs are retained per our hosting provider’s standard schedule.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to data we must keep for legal or security reasons). To make a request, contact us at paulwelch@growthnavigationpros.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page, with the effective date above.
