Growth Navigation Pros, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides marketing systems for local businesses, including lead follow-up automation, appointment scheduling, and reputation support. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

1. SERVICES
We build and manage marketing systems as described in your selected plan. Scope, channels, and deliverables are agreed before setup. Plans are billed monthly or annually as shown on our website. Setup fees, where applicable, are due before work begins.

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to reasonable requests during setup, and use our systems in compliance with applicable laws, including laws governing marketing communications.

3. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
If you provide your phone number through our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Growth Navigation Pros, LLC about your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional service updates.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days except as required by law.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse our systems, including sending unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications, or using purchased or rented contact lists in connection with our services.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
